Information about the colours :

1. Red = 100% .. I 100% trust you to be our REAL crew, because I already see you working at your job! You're really do the job! When I'm not here, you're take care AMW well ^^

2. Orange = 50% .. oh my.. please working at your job more.. You already show that.. but that's not enough! But don't dissapoint! Because You're still be our crew ^^

3. Light Green = 25% .. OMG! Please WORKING! I never see you working at your job! Sorry !!! If you don't know about your job, please ask me... I will tell you what will you do..
